A Day in ‘Provence’ in the heart of the Surrey Hills
NEW FOR 2012
Denbies Wine Estate, England’s largest vineyard and Mayfield Lavender, are very pleased to announce a unique day out in the Surrey Hills commencing in June 2012. Combine a tasting of Denbies award winning range of Rose wines with the stunning beauty of 25 acres of lavender - you would be forgiven for thinking you have beed transported to Provence!
The lavender harvest window is brief and intense, lasting from the beginning of June to the end of August. ‘A Day in Provence’ will begin with the Mayfield tour including an introduction by the owner of this beautiful organic lavender farm who will share the challenges of modern day lavender growing and a tour of the fields. > full details |
