Gallery Waiting Assistants

Part time evening positions available in the fine dining Gallery Restaurant.

Firday & Saturday pm's required with occasional weekday evening function support.

Function Assistants

Weekend and weekday evening casual staff required to support a variety of conference, banqueting and wedding events. Experience desirable.

Servery Assistants

Part time, permanent staff required to work in the Conservatory Restaurant. Minimum of 21 hours per week to be worked over 3 shifts on a rota basis between Mon - Sun inc. evenings

Chef de Partie & Commis Chef

Full time permanent position in The Conservatory Restaurant kitchen. 40 hours per week to be worked 5 out of 7 days including evenings & weekends. Experience required.
