Lego house build extended to next week

Steady progress is being made and this is a serious building in anyones book – Lego or not!  The house is now dominating the landscape.  Had a call yesterday from someone who said he was watching the development of the house on his way to work from the A24.  Anyone caught a glimpse from Dorking town yet – do send any pics through!  The good news is that the Lego house will be up over the Bank Holiday weekend, so do take the opportunity to come and visit!

Regular up dates and pics from the Surrey Ad.  http://www.getsurrey.co.uk/news/s/2056215_james_mays_lego_house_reaches_second_floor

This house has to stay up for a while – I am sure lots of people would like to come and see it once it is finished.

Surely this is a great tourist attraction for Denbies, they must keep it up for a while.

I actually wondered if it could’nt be placed in Sudbury Hall, where the Plasticine Garden is that James did. Surely this would be the ideal place for it if it is to be kept.

It is an impressive achievement. Now that it has been shown to be possible a better looking house should be made. I have some design ideas if anyone wants to sponsor me.

    Hi,

Visited earlier in the week, and took some photos. What’s happening to all that lego, when its finished? It should go somewhere.
