Denbies Wine Estate is a UK based company and any subsequent disputes or claims arising from using the Denbies website must be made and settled under UK law.
Use of the Denbies website is on condition that, firstly, you agree to the terms and conditions of using the site, which, from time to time, may be subject to change, and that, secondly, any future use of the site will renew such an agreement.
Products on the Denbies website are subject to availability, and, if they are subsequently found to be unavailable once an order request is placed, you will be informed within 3 working days.
Denbies Wine Estate reserves the right not to accept any orders.

Age Restriction:
You must be aged 18 years old or over to purchase alcohol. By placing an order you are affirming that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying the wine as a gift then the recipient must be 18 years old or over. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If there is no one of that age at the address when delivery is attempted, the goods may be retained by the driver. In such a case the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery, and a telephone number for you to rearrange delivery.

The Denbies Guarantee:
On the rare occasions when one of our wines may be out of stock, we will offer you an alternative of equal value. You can accept or decline any changes proposed by us. We will always keep you informed of any changes to your order, and how your order is progressing.
If any wine bottle(s) is broken upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days and we will replace this wine at our cost.

Denbies Wine Estate respects the privacy of its customers so we do not distribute customers details to any third parties. All customers details are kept in a secure environment, and access is limited to system administrators using secure passwords.
